Val d’Isere celebrates Carnival on 23rd February!
Val d’Isère is celebrating the Carnival on 23rd February, with a colourful parade animating the streets in the evening. The carnival parade with giants, stilt walkers, dancers and musicians will take place from 6pm. Enjoy complimentary hot chocolate and mulled wine whilst enjoying the spectacle! Every year the carnival has a theme, so keep a look out to make sure you’ve planned the right costume..
What’s in store
– Face painting from 3pm at the Tourist Office
– Children’s hair styling from 3pm at the Tourist Office
(Face painting and hair styling are free of charge, but you must book a time slot at the Tourist Office reception / For ages 3 and over)
– Parades from 6pm
– Hot drinks and hot chocolate
– KIDS’ DISCO on the stage on Marghério square from 6.45pm
The road between the two roundabouts on Avenue Olympique will be closed to traffic between 6pm and 7.30pm
