A heli-skiing trip is a staple feature on any keen skier or snowboarder’s bucket list. As one of the most adrenaline-fuelled and adventurous activities in the mountains the thrill of accessing untapped terrain in the wilderness is legendary. Val Heliski will take you on your once-in-a-lifetime experience in the heart of the French and Italian Alps.

There are various packages available, from single drops to triple drops, to a half-day reverse heliski/heliboard.

One Drop Heliski / Heliboard – Powder to the People

For those Skiers and Snowboarders that are looking to try Heliskiing for the first time or those who are looking for a quick Heliski hit away from the crowds! This package includes 1 heli drop, UIAGM Mountain Guide or Instructor for the heliski/ board descent, transceiver, shovel and probe.

Two Drop Heliski / Heliboard – Double the Fun

Exploring the same heliski / board zone as the one drop but able to venture a little further afield and giving us more flexibility and range to find the best possible snow. This package includes briefing and transceiver training, UIAMG mountain guide / Instructor for the duration of the heliski / board, 2 heli descents, transceiver shovel and probe.

Three Drop Heliski / Heliboard – Tripletastic

Exploring the same heliski / board zone as the one and two drop but able to venture a lot further and giving us more flexibility and range to find the best possible snow. This package includes briefing and transceiver training, UIAMG mountain guide / Instructor for the duration of the heliski / board, 3 heli descents, transceiver shovel and probe.

Three Drop Heliski / Heliboard – Little Canada

From: €1000 pp

Exploring a different heliski zone to the 1 or 2 droppers this zone is far from ski lifts or pistes and has two access points- either a short helicopter flight from the same take off zone at the same time as the 1 or 2 droppers or by helicopter direct from your ski resort offering maximum heliski ski / board time with no time spent driving and skiing to and from the heliski take off zone in Italy. Tree lined with huge variety of gradients and terrain available including glaciers. very protected from all wind directions. if you can afford it it’s the Rolls Royce of heliskiing. This package includes briefing and transceiver training, UIAMG mountain guide / Instructor for the duration of the heliski / board, 3 heli descents, transceiver shovel and probe.

Half Day Reverse Heliski / Board

A true backcountry adventure on skis or snowboard. After a 15-45 minute steady climb you will experience a huge variety of terrain otherwise inaccessible without a helicopter. All snow conditions likely – a real technique challenger.This package includes 1 heli pickup, UIAGM Mountain Guide or Instructor for the heliski/ board descent, transceiver, shovel and probe.
