The Avaline Trax is back this winter to challenge competitors along a trail with a 480m elevation gain through La Daille forest. Embark on this lovely ascent on your own, with a partner or in a group! Prize-giving and snacks at the top, before the participants ski back down. As with previous editions, prizes are courtesy of Dynastar and Millet. Enter online at valsport.org

There are two race options:

• – Timed (FFME or FFCAM registered members or medical certificate stating “non contre-indication à la pratique compétitive du ski alpinisme” (no contraindications to competitive ski mountaineering), dated  within a year of the race;
  – Untimed (medical certificate is not compulsory)
  – Entry: €12 per person
  – Finish: Folie Douce
• From 5.30pm to 6pm: Untimed race starts at the bottom of the TC10 in La Daille
  6pm –Timed race starts at the bottom of the TC10 in La Daille
