ValKids is an adventure programme for younger ones to go behind the scenes and find out about the ski area through play.

There is a playground area that helps them understand the professions of the ski area, a fun slope and a toboggan run to discover the first sensations of skiing, as well as a mini-cross to perfect the skiing technique. These different areas entirely dedicated to children are spread over the Solaise and Bellevarde massifs.

During school holiday periods there are special Val Kids workshops at the Solaise (below the lounge on the Solaise massif).  Kids will enjoy a snack and the staff will explain how artificial snow is made and how the ski patrol works. There will also be a piste-groomer, tracker and/or dog-handler to talk them through their jobs – depending on availability.
