Poya (loosely translated as ‘climb up the mountain pastures’ in the local dialect) is a fabulous new restaurant in the heart of the resort, with passionate chefs and welcoming and knowledgeable front-of-house staff. It offers a great combination of gastronomy and mixology in a sleek and stylish yet cosy environment, nestled between local stone and wood. It’s the perfect spot to savour original cocktails concocted by two in-house mixologists, and sample the innovative, beautifully-presented and delicious cuisine. Sara, our resort manager, has visited several times and has been blown-away by the food, drinks and environment – and she is a bit of a foodie herself, with a brother who is a talented chef in a wonderful little restaurant in Sweden. We highly recommend a visit here for a truly special evening in Val d’Isere!
